HMA, Inc. was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. Sharply focused on managed healthcare and employee benefits, HMA, Inc. has successfully redefined the role of out-sourcing the administration of employee benefit health plans. HMA, Inc. provides a fully integrated line of products and services nationwide.

In 2001, HMA, Inc. established an additional location in Hawaii and provides Third Party Administration services to many prominent local Health and Welfare Trust Funds.

Utilizing i/m^x Technologies and through its wholly owned subsidiary companies and service centers in Arizona and Hawaii, the HMA companies offer their clients a wide range of services.
